Privacy

What we store

Your username, display name, bio, field, builds, photos, thumbs, comments, friends, blocks, hidden posts, and reports are saved on LoadoutLab's servers so you can use them on any device. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash. We also count build views.

Who can see it

Anyone can see your profile, your public builds, and your comments. Private builds are seen only by you, and by your friends if you turn that on in Settings. Blocks, hidden posts, and reports are private.

Your device

Appearance settings, like accent color and larger text, stay in this browser. A secure cookie keeps you logged in.

Google sign-in

Continue with Google sends you to Google in this tab. We receive your Google account id, and if Google marks the email as verified, your name, email, and profile photo. We do not get your Google password. We save that with your LoadoutLab account.

What other sites see

If you click a shop or search link, that shop or search engine gets a normal visit from your browser. Read shop links.

Photos

Photos you add are made smaller in your browser, then uploaded. Anyone with a photo's link can open it. Do not upload pictures of people who did not agree, or of real firearms.

Deleting your data

Settings has a Delete my account button. It permanently removes your account, builds, photos, thumbs, comments, and friends.
